The genesis behind creating Team Leader, Inc. was simple…bring to the corporate world the inspirational leadership that creates high performing teams on sports fields and battlefields – and do it with energetic and positive facilitators that have led these teams in real life. 

We bring a true passion for teamwork and leader development.  We believe that people are a corporation’s most valuable resource and recognize the importance of developing strong, bonding relationships.  At Team Leader, Inc. we place our collective energies into the success of everyone on the team and know that with strong leadership, teamwork and trust, no task is insurmountable.

The majority of our lives have been spent in leadership positions on high performing teams.  These opportunities enabled us to refine our skills and test our mettle in stressful situations under demanding conditions.  Be it on a baseball diamond, football field, conducting airborne operations at night or flying a helicopter at treetop level along the DMZ, at Team Leader, Inc., we have already experienced many of the leadership challenges an organization will face.
